Pinestraw Club Subscription Agreement

This Monthly Subscription Agreement
("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between Pinestraw of Mississippi, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and [Customer's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Customer."
Services and Subscription Details:

1.1. Provider agrees to supply the Customer with Pinestraw Installation based on the number of installs selected in the said package on a yearly basis.

1.2. The subscription will continue until either party provides written notice of cancellation, with a minimum cancellation notice period of one year.

1.3. The subscription fee for Pinestraw Installation is [Monthly Subscription Fee listed in the package selected, payable each month for 12 full months.

1.4. Payment method: automatic draft on any major credit card.

Delivery and Maintenance:

2.1. Provider shall deliver Pine Straw Installation to the Customer's specified address in the selected season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

2.2. Customer is responsible for maintaining a clear and accessible delivery area.

2.3. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to the Provider in writing at least 30 days in advance. At that time adjustments in the subscription will be made to the contract.

Billing and Payment:

3.1. The monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged to the Customer chosen payment method on the same day of month, drafting each month on that date.

3.2. Customer agrees to keep their payment information up to date and ensure sufficient funds are available for payment.

Cancellation and Termination:

4.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, provided such notice is given at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.

4.2. In the event of early termination by the Customer, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any prepaid but unused subscription period or the difference in the services rendered are due.

Liability and Warranty:

5.1. Provider warrants that the Pinestraw Installation Service will be delivered in good condition and the best product available at that time will be installed.

5.2. Customer is responsible for inspecting the delivered pinestraw and reporting any quality issues within 2 days of delivery.

Confidentiality:

6.1. Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of this Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

Governing Law:

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi.

Entire Agreement:

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
